We are willing to expand our market and to take the chance to introduce our company. Sormec s.r.l, was established in 1989 constructed by Mr. Sorrentino Nicolò that is actual administrator and legal representative.

The company extends on an industrial complex of 10000mq, of which 5000 covered, and it is equipped of the most updated technological machinery and equipment. Between the purpose of Sormec there are metallurgical workings and exact sheet working, hot galvanizing of ferrous material, the construction and sales of marine cranes, in other words hoisting machines designed for marine uses and for ships, floating platforms, decks, piers and etc….

All the products made by Sormec are checked with NDT Controls. The level of quality of the products and the services provided are constantly checked and improved as to guarantee customer’s full satisfactory, to the professionalism, to the capability of all the business members and to the collaboration of qualified world wide known suppliers. All this has been achieved through hard work, capability of the companies team-work and experience in this branch. This results have been achieved with the increase of a world wide client network.

The experience matured in the course of the years has sensitized us to be much more critical in the production activities. Being aware that to be competitive in the market depends from the quality of the products, of the services and all these activities that conclude to the full satisfaction of customer. We have entrusted Lloyd’s Register valuation procedure that has given us the Quality Certification Lloyd’s Register to the senses of the ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 14001, in second stage to the Vision rules. he product line offered is very wide and even working on customer made order, Sormec is able to satisfy all particular requirements of a rather complex business fields. Sormec cranes can be supplied with a wide range of accessories ( EX proof, Man Riding, Polar Temperature, and many others ) and thanks to the continuous researches of the technical staff, they are equipped of particular materials and suitable technologies that guarantee the product against all influences from the rough sea environment. For all the crane models a testing certificate is issued by the most important testing Institute like: LLOYDS, RINA, ABS, LRS, GL, DNV, BV.

The type of cranes are classified in five groups:

• Telescopic boom crane
• Knuckle boom crane
• EL Knuckle boom crane
• Complete Foldable crane
• Rescue Boat.
